Yesterday I went to my yoga class for the first time since the snows in December - ahhhhh.....! The lovely thing about this Thursday night yoga teacher is that she says affirmations during various asanas. This was the affirmation that spoke to my heart: "I radiate love and joy to friends everywhere." This is the contagious sentiment I've been feeling during Misty's challenge. I show my gratitude in receiving it by passing it along that others may feel it, too. I hope this January has been soulful to you, too!
